Meeting Belinda and Coen for the first time I knew straight away that I wanted to marry these two. They both gave off a cheeky yet kind vibe which told me that their wedding day was going to be fabulous. During our first meeting, they went of to tell me that they both had a love of vintage cars and this would then go on to be mentioned in their ceremony. After meeting Belinda and Coen, I knew that they wanted their ceremony to be lighthearted but also meaningful and beautiful. I wanted to capture their personality, emotion and purpose behind this special relationship.
When I was writing Belinda and Coen’s ceremony, I mentioned the love they have for their two dogs and two cats, how Coen makes tea for Belinda on a Sunday morning and how they share the same sense of humour; these small things make up the relationship that Belinda and Coen share. They spoke the same vows, simple yet meaningful, to each other. My favourite line from their vows was:
“I vow to give you my support, honesty, trust and most of all my heart.”
Belinda’s dress was stunning, covered in peals with a long train; her makeup was perfectly matched to her shining red hair. Coen scrubbed up handsomely too; wearing a green bow tie and waist jacket. Belinda was driven to Darling Street Chapel, by her father, in a shiny blue vintage car; it was breathtaking.
After their massive day, Belinda and Coen kindly shared a few words about me:
Annie was a pleasure to work with, very enthusiastic and organised. She fit right in with our relaxed wedding!
